In the matter of filing of Petition under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for seeking credit of the wind energy injected by the Petitioner for the months of July and August 2021 in the account of the Respondent No. 2/ consumer, or the corresponding amount from the Respondent No. 1 for such injection at the rate of Rs. 3.78/ kWh in accordance with the provisions of the GERC Intra-State ABT Order dated 01.04.2010 and Wind Tariff Order dated 30.08.2016.
