Petition under Section 86 (1) (e), (f) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Articles 9 & 11 of the PPA dated 23.04.2021 executed between the parties invoking the regulatory and adjudicatory powers of the Commission, seeking it to provide relief by declaring that Change in rate of Goods and Service Tax on solar modules and other Solar Power generator equipment and engineering procurement and construction services provided in relation to the setting of the Solar Power Plant vide Notification No. 08/2021 dated 30.09.2021 is a Change in Law Event under the PPA and consequently, grant reliefs as prayed in the Petition.
