In the matter of Petition under Sections 86 (1) (a) (b) (e) and (f), Section 61 (a) and Section 10 91) of the Electricity Act, 2003  read with Gujarat Government Policy for Small, Scale Distributed Power Projects (SSDSP) notified vide GR No. SLR/11/2019/51/B1 dated 06.03.2019 and approval of for draft PPA and collection of Supervision Charge and Connectivity Charge by the Distribution licensees from the Applicants of SSDSP Projects with respect to GERC Regulations notified vide Notification No. 9 of 2005 and Notification No. 3 of 2011.
