In the matter Petition under Sections 32, 33, 61 & 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23, 80 & 82 of GERC (Conduct of Business), Regulations, 2004, Order No. 3 of 2010 dated 01.04.2010 passed by the Commission and Order dated 27.12.2019 in Case No. 1776 of 2019 for appropriate direction / clarification to SLDC for implementation of norms of CERC Deviation Settlement Regulations, 2022 notified on 14.03.2022 to Municipal Waste to Energy plants in the State of Gujarat.
