In the matter of Petition under Section 86(1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 10 of the PPA dated 30.04.2010 and amended PPA dated 07.08.2010 for adjudication of dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent regarding Solar power generation at its fullest installed capacity of 11.5 MW as per the terms of the PPA by repairing solar power plant to achieve full potential utilization.
