In the matter of Petition under Section 86(1)(b), (e), (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 9 of the PPA dated 26.08.2019 filed on behalf of M/s TP Kirnali Limited, seeking declaration from the Commission that Change in GST rate vide Notification No 08 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 issued by the Ministry of Finance would constitute as an event of ‘Change in Law’.
