Petition seeking aside of illegal actions of GUVNL in directing UGVCL on 09.09.2020 to withhold monthly tariff payments payable to the Petitioners under the Power Purchase Agreements dated 08.12.2010 for 2 MW as amended and 07.12.2010 for 3 MW as amended and UGVCL’s decision dated 15.09.2020 to follow GUVNL’s instructions to withhold monthly tariff payments payable to the Petitioners in terms of the PPAs.
