In the matter of filing Petition under Section 129 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 62
of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 and read with Section 17, 18 and 20 of the
GERC (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations, 2016 for seeking order
through appropriate directions for securing compliance by the licensees of the state which has
contravened certain provisions contained in GERC, Notification No. 5/2016, Regulations for Net
Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems (‘Regulation’ for short), issued by the
Commission in exercise of the powers under the Act.
