In the matter of the Miscellaneous Civil Application for Direction to the opponent to grant approval for
technical specification of ABT meter for solar captive power plant to be installed at M/s. K.P.I. Global
Infrastructure Limited’s solar site or applicant and to accept the application and grant all approvals
which are applied for by the applicant and for direction to sign and approve the wheeling of solar power
to the applicant.
