In the matter filing of petition under section 129, 146 and 149 read with Regulation 62 (b) of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking order through appropriate direction for securing compliance by the licensees which has contravened certain provisions contained in GERC (Net Metering Rooftop Solar PV Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations, 2016 issued by the Commission in exercise of the power under the Act.
