In the Matter of Petition under Section 17 and 34 of the Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganization and Regulations) Act, 2003 and Clause 4.36 of the GERC (Electricity Supply Code and related matters) Regulations, 2015 read with the GERC (Standard of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2005 and amendment thereof and in the matter of non-supply/grant of electric connection applied on 9.12.2017 and also under Section 43, 86(1)(i) and 142 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
