In the matter filing of petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in violation of provision of Commission’s Order No. 1 of 2010 dated 30.01.2010 and Order No. 2 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 and illegal, unilaterally and discriminatory act of denial of baking of generated units applying wrong methodology which is arbitrary and in violation of Wind Power Policy 0 2002.
