In the matter of filing petition under Section 94 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 26.1 of GERC Regulation 2 of 2004, and Regulation 3 of 2011 for Intra‐State Open Access Regulation 2011, against notice issued by SLDC for withdrawal of consent granted for Short Term Open Access under the provisions of GERC (Terms and Conditions of Intra‐State Open Access) Regulations, 2011.
