In the matter of filing petition under Regulation 45 of GERC (Terms and Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011, Notification No. 03 of 2011, for refunding the charges unduly recovered by SLDC, Gujarat on account of Short- trades and Non- Trades periods for use of Short Transmission Network in respect of Short Term Open Access user for collective transactions.
