In the matter of Petition under Clause 23 of GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with Sections 61 (h), 62 (1) (a), 62 (4), 86 (1) (e) and 94 (f) of the Electricity Act and Section 21 of General Clauses Act, 1897 and waiver of control period stipulated in the Order No. 02 of 2012 dated 08.08.2012 by the Commission and its subsequent order dated 07.01.2013 in Review Petition Nos. 1243 of 2012 and 1249 of 2012 and to initiate the tariff determination proceedings for upcoming and future Wind Power Projects.
