In the matter of filing petition under section 129 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with clause 62 (b) of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for seeking order through appropriate directions for securing compliance by the license which has contravened certain provisions contained in Order No. 01 of 2012 dated 27.01.2012 read with Suo-Motu Order dated 11.07.2014 and Notification No. 02 of 2013 dated 07.08.2013 issued by the Commission in exercise of powers under the Act in the matter of determination of tariff for procurement of power by the distribution licensees and others from Solar Energy Projects and Guidelines for procurement of power by distribution licensees.
