In the matter of filing petition under section 94 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and section 45 read with Regulation 6.21 of GERC Regulation 3 of 2011, for Intra-State Open Access, against STOA transmission charges collected by SLDC for days for which the power is nontraded/ under traded after receiving NOC from SLDC for respective months and for refund of Rs. 15,94,024.00 paid to SLDC (Plus Interest) against total of their demand dated 28.01.2015 and 16.04.2015.
