In the matter of adjudication of disputes between the parties under section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for unjust withholding of payments being the interest liable to be made by PGVCL against the Security Deposit for obtaining a HTP –III Temporary Connection from PGVCL being in contravention of section 47 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulations 4.11 and 4.14 of GERC (Security Deposit) Regulations, 2005.
