In the matter of Petition under Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23 and 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with Clause 5 of the agreement dated 23.12.2009 executed by the parties and for directions/clarification in regard to the non-applicability of the further/other POC on increased capacity of the Captive Power Plant at the Petitioner’s Dahej unit in view of the agreement dated 23.12.2009 executed between the parties.
