In the matter of filing petition for adjudication of the dispute between the petitioner and respondent and directing the respondents to (i) to allow the petitioner to connect the Solar PV Power Project of 0.750 MW with the distribution network of Respondent No. 2 (MGVCL), (ii) to direct GEDA and other respondents to grant commissioning of the project and accreditate and register the petitioner Solar Power Project under REC Scheme.
