In the matter filing of petition under section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 80, 81 and 82 of Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 for illegal recovery of Parallel Operation Charges (POC) from the petitioner for the period April 2007 to August 2012.
