In the matter under Clauses (a), (b) (e) and (f) of sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Arbitrary clause (6) of wheeling agreement entered into with PGVCL dated 24.12.2009, treatment of wind energy generation units injected in the grid from the date of commissioning of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) vide letter of GEDA dated 14.10.2009 to the date of signing agreement with PGVCL dated 24.12.2009 and set-off wind energy generation units injected in the grid against consumption to be given from the date of commissioning of WTGs and commercial settlement mechanism for treatment to excess injection during the respective months.
