In the matter of petition under section 86 (1) (c) and (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 45 of the GERC (Terms and Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011 and Regulations 80 and 82 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 and extension of the effective date of Bulk Power Transmission Agreement dated 21.12.2010 executed between the OPGS Power Gujarat Private Limited and Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited.
