Petition under section 65 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for providing power tariff subsidy @ Rs.1 per unit in the billed amount of the utilities for the cotton spinning industries and weaving units with and without preparatory in the state as per para 5.4 of the Gujarat Textile Policy, 2012, declared vide Industries & Mines Department GR No.TEX-102012-65117-T Dt.5/9/12 and to compensate the amount to the DISCOMS/Utilities.
