U/s. 65 of EA, 2003 for providing power tariff subsidy @ Rs. 1/unit I the billed amount of the utilities for the cotton spinning industries & weaving units with & without preparatory in the state as per para 5.4 of the Guj. Textile Policy, 2012 declare vide Industries & Mines Dept. GR No. TEX-1- 2-12-65117-T dated 5.09.2012 and to compensate the amount to the Discoms/Utilities.
