To pass appropriate urgent orders and/or directions to extend the time period granted to the Petitioner by the Commission vide its Order dated 16.8.2012 for commissioning of the Sub Station of 66/33 kV providing Power Evacuation Facility to wind energy based renewable energy power Project with a capacity of 35 MW at Vejalpar, Maliya Taluk, Rajkot District, Gujarat, for a further period of 3 (Three) months (from 25th October, 2012 to 25th January, 2013) and to restrain the respondent from encashing the Bank Guarantee provided by the Petitioner.
