To pass appropriate/ urgent order and/or directions to extends the time period prescribed in the Estimate dated 25-04-2011 issued by the GETCO for commissioning of the Sub-Station of 66/33 KV providing Power Evacuation Facility for the Wind Power Project, for a period of 6 months (from 23.04.2012 to23.10.2012) and to restrain the respondent from encashing the Bank Guarantee provided by the petitioner.
