In the matter of Non implementation of the Order passed by the Electricity Ombudsman Ahmedabad in case No. 82 / 2011 up to the expiry of 30 days’ period from date of issue of the Order, by the respondent Executive Engineer (O&M) Dakotan Gujarat Vij. Co. Ltd., Surat Urban Division, Pandesara, Surat, hence this petition under clause 3.46 of Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum & Ombudsman Regulation 2011, Notification No. 2 of 2011.
