Petition for adjudication of the dispute between the licensee and the generating company and for the decision that the petitioner is entitled for wheeling agreement with the respondent at the rate of 4% as the W.T.G was commissioned during control period of Order No. 2 of 2006 of GERC and for issuing further direction to GETCO to revise the Agreement dated 31.03.2011, by reducing the rate of wheeling charges from 7% to 4% and also to direct GETCO not to charge transmission charges as per amended policy.
