Petition under section 86(1)(a),(c),(e) and (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for adjudication of the dispute between the licensee (GETCO) and the generating company (British Super Alloys Pvt. Ltd.) and for the decision that the petitioner is entitled for wheeling agreement with the respondent (GETCO) at the rate of 4% as the W.T.G was commissioned during control period of Order No. 2 of 2006 dated 11.08.2006 of GERC and for issuing further direction to GETCO to revise the Agreement dated 31.03.2011, by reducing the rate of wheeling charges from 7% to 4% and also to direct GETCO not to charge transmission charges as per amended policy.
