Petition under section 62 and 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with GERC (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005 and GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2007 and GERC (MYT) Regulations, 2011 for (i) Final True-up for FY 2010-11 (ii) determination of ARR for MYT Second Control Period (FY 2011-12 to FY 2015-16); and (iii) determination of tariff for its distribution business.
