In the matter of Petition under Section 86 of Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 23 and 80 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 read with Clause 5 of the agreement dated 23.12.2009 executed by the parties and for directions/ clarification in regard to the nonapplicability of the further/other POC on increased capacity of the Captive Power Plant at the Petitioner’s Dahej unit in view of the agreement dated 23.12.2009 executed between the parties.
