In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (b), (e) and (f) read with Section 23 of the Electricity Act, 2003 seeking appropriate directions against the Respondent to procure power from the Petitioner’s Wind Energy Project in accordance with Order No. 02 of 2006 dated 11.08.2006 passed by the Commission determining the price for procurement of power by the distribution licensees from Wind Energy Projects in Gujarat.
