In the matter of filing the petition for issuing necessary direction to the State Load Despatch Centre (SLDC) in respect of recovery of transmission charges for Short Term Open Access availed for Bilateral and Collective transactions in accordance with Section 33 (4) read with Sections 33 (1) and 32 (3) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and invoking power under Regulation 45 of GERC (Terms and Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2011.
