In the matter under Section 86 (1) (b) and other applicable provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 for seeking approval of PPAs executed by GUVNL with Wind Power Projects at the Tariff of Rs. 3.46 per unit in accordance with the approval of Government of Gujarat and pursuant to request of various projects developers for considering the tariff of Rs. 3.46 per unit discovered under competitive bidding process initiated by SECI under MNRE Guidelines as benchmark tariff.
