In the matter of filing petition under Section 14 and 18 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Sections 19, 20 and 28 of Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganization and Regulation) Act, 2003 read with Notification No. 04 of 2005, GERC (distribution License) Regulations, 2005 for extension of License area of PGVCL and reduction in the area of UGVCL to the extent of transfer of 7 villages of Ranpar Taluka from UGVCL license area to PGVCL license area.
