In the matter of filing of petition for directing State Agency to accreditate petitioner’s black liquor (produced in the process of pulping) based power generation unit under the Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) framework and also approving methodology for measurement of generation from such unit by State Load Dispatch Centre (SLDC) for the consideration for issuance of the RECs.
