In the matter under section 26(1) of GERC regulation 2 of 2004 for the actual date of implementation of tariff issued under GERC MYT Regulation No. 1 of 2011and section 61 of Electricity Act 2003 and issue instruction to Distribution Companies of Gujarat State for calculation of bill for the particular billing period when both new and old tariff are applicable.
