Petition under clauses (a), (b) , (e) and (f) of sub-section of Section 86 of the EA, 2003 and arbitrary clause (6) of wheeling agreement entered into with PGVCL dated 28.04.2010, treatment of wind energy generation units injected in the grid from the date of Commissioning of wind turbine generator vide letter of GEDA dated 12.10.2009 to the date of signing agreement with PGVCL and set-ff wind energy generation units injected in the grid against commissioning to be given from the date of commissioning of WTGs and commercial settlement mechanism for treatment to excess injection during the respective months.
