Petition u/s. 86 of the EA, 2003 and giving effect of the provisions of O.N. 3/06 of GERC on bringing generating stations of Gujarat State, Dist. Licensees and other persons under the purview of Intrastate ABT and order no. 5 of 2010 of GERC in respect of determination of tariff for procurement of power by distribution licensees from Biomass based power generator and other commercial issues and to adjudicate upon the disputes between the licensees and generating company arising out of Intra-State ABT order and biomass order no. 5 of 2010 regarding the provision of the tri-partiate wheeling agreement between the petitioner, MGVCL and Aditya Birla Insulators.
