Petition u/s. 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 r/w Regulations 80, 81, 82 and 84 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2004 to adjudicate upon the disputes between the licensee and the generating company arising out of order no. 5 of 2010 dated 17.05.2010 of Hon’ble GERC (Determination of tariff for procurement of power by distribution licensees from Biomass based power generators and other commercial issues.
