Petition under Section 86 (1) (f), (k) and Section 94 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 14.2 of the Procedure for “Grant of Connectivity to Projects based on Renewable Energy Sources to Intra-State Transmission/Distribution Systems 2025, approved by the Commission read with Regulations 23, 61, 79, 80, 81, 82, 84 and 85 of the GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2004 and Regulations 20 and 45 of GERC
(Terms and Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations 2011, seeking relaxation/exemption/waiver from submission of Bank Guarantee towards Associated Transmission System (ATS) in the facts of the present case, where connectivity have already been granted from an existing Intra-State Transmission Substation and no new dedicated Associated Transmission System or substantial transmission augmentation is required solely
on account of the Petitioner.
