Petition under Section 86 (1) (c), (e) and (f) and other applicable Sections of EA, 2003 read with Clause 2.9 & 3.9 of GERC’ Order No. 06 of 2024 dated 31.08.2024 and Order in Petition No. 2564 of 2025 dated 21.01.2026 seeking extension of scheduled date of commissioning of infrastructure being developed by the Petitioner for 2.64 MW AC/3 MW DC Solar Power Plant for captive use on account of unforeseen reasons and to get refund of Rs. 26,40,000/- collected by the Respondent PGVCL by illegal invocation of Bank Guarantee provided against the execution of this solar project.
