Petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 23 and 80 of the GERC (Conduct of
Business) Regulations, 2004 challenging the letters dated 22.02.2022 and 29.11.2022 issued by UGVCL imposing the
liability towards Additional Surcharge upon M/s Tata Motors Limited being the consumer of Continuum Green Energy
(India) Pvt. Limited despite the same being exempted by the virtue of applicability of Wind Power Policy, 2007 issued
by Energy and Petrochemicals Department, Government of Gujarat and Order No. 1 of 2010 dated 30.01.2010, Order
No. 02 of 2012 dated 08.08.2012 and Order dated 12.03.2014 in Petition No. 1302 of 2013 passed by the Commission.
