Petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Articles 8 and 11 of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 10.05.2023 seeking extension of the timeline for Scheduled Commercial Operation Date on account of force majeure events viz. incessant rainfall causing flood like situation and cascading impacts and delay in grant of approval of Sections 68 and 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 which is beyond the reasonable control of the Petitioner and consequential reliefs thereto.
