Petition under Section 86 (1) (b) (e) (f) and (k) of EA, 2003 r/w. Article 8 of PPA dated 15.12.2022 executed between Petitioner and GUVNL for supply of 200 MW Solar Power from its Solar PV power plant in State of Gujarat seeking interalia extension of the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date on account of certain Force Majeure events affecting project implementing & thereby passing appropriate Order (s)/directions in this regard to the extent prayed by the Petitioner.
