Petition under Section 86 of EA, 2003 read with Order dated 31.08.2024 passed the Commission in Order No. 6 Of 2024- in the matter of Tariff Framework for Procurement of Power by Distribution Licensees and Others from Solar Energy Projects and Other Commercial Issues for the State of Gujarat and read with Regulations 80, 82 and 85 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004, seeking inter alia extension of the commercial operation date of 15 MW Solar Power Project of the petitioner on account of certain unforeseen reasons affecting Project implementation and thereby passing appropriate order(s) / direction(s) in this regard to the extent prayed for therein.
