In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (c) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Gujarat Grid Code 2013 and ABT Order 6 of 2010 and Order 3 of 2010 for amendments in the Gujarat Grid Code 2013 and ABT Orders in regard to reactive energy charges in line with the Indian Electricity Grid Code 2023 notified by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission with modifications for the State of Gujarat.
