In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (e), (f) and (k) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Article 8 of the PPA dated 15.12.2022 executed between the parties for supply of 400 MW Solar Power from its Solar PV Power Plant in the State of Gujarat, seeking inter–alia extension of the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date on account of certain Force Majeure events affecting the Project Implementation and pass appropriate Order(s)/Direction(s) in relation to certain other incidental issues under the PPA, to the extent prayed by the Petitioner herein.
