In the matter of Petition seeking setting aside of illegal actions of GUVNL in directing UGVCL on 09.09.2020 to withhold monthly tariff payments payable to the Petitioners under the Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) dated 08.12.2010 and 07.12.2010 and UGVCL’s decision dated 15.09.2020 to follow GUVNL’s instructions to withhold monthly tariff payments payable to the Petitioners in terms of the PPAs.
